Torrone 200 eg classic "To Optional"
In addition to Violins and Music, the name of Cremona is inextricably linked to the Torrone. Legend has it that nougat was produced for the first time in Cremona in 1441 on the occasion of the wedding between Biancamaria Visconti and Francesco Sforza.
Only three ingredients to make an extraordinary product: HONEY ALMONDS and ALBUMS. The fourth key ingredient is time: the Classic Nougat must cook slowly and for a long time (10-12 ore) and the secret of its friability lies in the perfect fusion of these elements.
AD LIBITUM embodies all this: starting with BIO honey from the award-winning local beekeeper Sergio Zipoli, highly selected Bari almonds, album, no thickener or flavorings and GLUTEN FREE.
The taste is fine and delicate:the flavors of honey and almonds are elegantly perceived. E’ crumbly and crunchy.
