We firmly believe that the best innovation is basically respect for traditions.

In this sentence they are collected 150 years of production history of the Dorigati family whose winery is located in the historic center of Mezzocorona. The vineyards grow between the Piana Rotaliana and the slopes of Mount Mezzocorona. Their Teroldego is produced by Rocchetta, gola di accesso alla Val di Non, up to the Adige river on what was the old bed of the Noce stream, from 1854 diverted to the south. From this derives a terrain similar to that of hills, dove, under a small layer of earth, are located several meters, in various stratifications, of gravel, sand and pebbles carried downstream by the current of the Noce stream when it flowed without embankments in the Piana Rotaliana.

This Teroldego in the glass it is deep ruby ​​red and on the nose it expresses hints of wild berries such as blackberry, raspberry. On the palate it is structured with an excellent body, full and persistent with a long finish that gives a pleasant freshness.
