Pinot Noir Brut Blanc de Noir is produced with the Martinotti Method (long Charmat method): vinification in steel and re-fermentation in autoclave 6 months. Elegant bubble, not demanding that it perfectly fits as an aperitif but also throughout the meal. With a fine perlage and elegant fruity and floral aromas, on the palate it conquers thanks to its delicacy and freshness.

Brut Pinot Nero “Blanc de Noir”

Giorgi di Vistarino has been the family that has owned this agricultural estate in the municipality of Rocca de Giorgi in the Oltrepò Pavese since the 15th century and has contributed over time to defining the intimate link between viticulture and terroir. In the 19th century they were the first to import and plant Pinot Noir cuttings than today, with 140 hectares of vineyards, represents most of the production. The limestone / clay soils and the strong temperature range have consolidated the presence of vines for white wine making and in any case, not only Pinot Noir but also Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Moscato, Croatina, Barbera and Cabernet have found their ideal habitats. They take care of the lands and their vines with extreme care not by seeking the maximum quantitative yields but always seeking the perfect balance between Nature and man.

Pinot Nero Blanc de Noir Brut It is the sparkling wine suitable both as an aperitif and to accompany the meal. Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir from vineyards with 15 years, the grapes are harvested manually at the end of August and are vinified according to the Martinotti Method (long Charmat method): fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature and then re-fermented in an autoclave, on their own yeasts, per 6 months. In the glass it is straw yellow and the nose expresses delicate floral aromas and hints of fruit. On the palate it is fresh, with delicate non-aggressive perlage, from the finish it sips dry and delicate. Excellent undemanding sparkling wine that well represents the Rocca de’ Giorgi and Oltrepò Pavese, historic area for the production of Italian "bubbles".
