The company Zardetto it is found at Conegliano town it has always been famous for its culture, art and good drinking. Zardetto Sparkling wines extends over a huge hilly complex with an agricultural area of ​​approx 18.000 hectares of which 6100 dedicated to viticulture. The whole area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene it is protected on the left bank by the Piave river and on the north by the Dolomites; the climate, on the other hand, is mild thanks to the presence of the Mediterranean Sea which makes the area more favorable to cultivation. To testify the great quality of the Prosecco produced by this historic land is also the recognition DOCG obtained in 2010. Mòlin Extra Dry is a Spumante Millesimato produced with grapes Glera, grown in the beautiful area of ​​Conegliano, from over 25 years conducted according to the principles of organic agriculture. The harvest takes place during the first half of September through the hand harvest followed by a careful selection of the bunches and a soft crushing-destemming. The vinification takes place according to the Martinotti Method, or with a first fermentation in stainless steel and a second in autoclave on its own yeasts in order to preserve the fragrance of perfumes and aromas. By the glass it is straw yellow with greenish reflections, characterized by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is delicate with fragrant hints of yellow fruit such as apple, pear and lychees and floral notes of wisteria. On the palate it is fresh and fruity with a soft finish, “Sweetened” compared to brut thanks to a higher natural residual sugar due to the specific vinification.
