BdN Blanc de Noirs Brut, Maison Fleury
In 1989, first overall among Champagne winemakers, Jean-Pierre Fleury converts the company to biodynamics. The Fleury fashion house can boast the supremacy in many things. They were the first to adopt the free foot in the Aube after the devastation of the phylloxera. The first to take a step back, in the eighties, on the path of chemistry to take a different path to seek quality, biodynamics. In the basement, fermentations are triggered with selected yeasts, but with their vineyard yeasts raised and selected by them, therefore "selected autochthonous yeasts".
BdN, White and black
E’ produced by screws having between 20/25 years,located in the Còte des-Bar area, 100% Pinot Noir from the harvest 2017 al 75% and the rest are reserve wines. Bottled in July 2018 and Degorgiato in December 2021: 41 months on the lees. Blanc de Noirs that amazes for its maturity of expression with structured aromas and flavors, vinous and tasty and an elegant and engaging drink.
