BD'3CC is the flagship vintage cuvée of this maison. Millesimato 2013 it is composed of the three queen grapes with Chardonnay dominance (60%) Pinot Noir (25%) e Pinot Meunier (15%). E’ a complete and profound champagne thanks also to 60 months of permanence on the lees which give volume and gustatory length. Only 5180 bottles produced. Very elegant and fine champagne that satisfies even the most demanding palates.

House BOURGEOIS-DIAZ

Jerome Bourgeois-Diaz, class ’77, manages about thirty vineyard plots for a total of just over six hectares, of which over three are planted with pinot meunier, two cultivated with pinot noir and one with chardonnay. Following the dictates of biodynamic agriculture. Vines that reach an average age of 35 years, they do not know pesticides or synthetic substances, as well as in the cellar chemical yeasts and any other artificial additives are banned. After fermentation, one third of the wines mature in oak barrels and two thirds of them in stainless steel tanks. Finally the cuvée is created, and the 40 thousand bottles per year are released on the market only after long periods of rest on the lees, ranging from 2 years for basic cuvées, to 5 years for the most important Champagnes.
