PERNICE is the top crude of the company. Produced from a single vineyard located on top of Rocca de Giorgi, has an extension of 3,5 hectares with perfect sun exposure. The winds blow light and the soils rich in nutrients allow the vines to give us magnificent fruit. The selection of grapes also is, how to say "pharmaceutical": only the best bunches will be vinified, and will be the expression of the best of the potential of this area. From harvest to marketing they will pass at least 40 months. In the glass it is ruby ​​red with vivid garnet reflections towards the nail.; the nose is complex and very broad with intense hints of violets and small red fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant all accompanied by aromas of roasted coffee and cocoa.
