Paolo Veglio has been a farmer since he had one 14 and for us it represents the authentic image of the Langa winemaker. Until the 2004 gave the grapes to Bruno Giacosa and then took the courage in both hands and started his own adventure in Cascina Roccalini. During the harvest, Paolo's style found definition and refinement, always with a philosophy less interventionist in the cellar which led him to reuse the ancient technique of the submerged cap for the vinification of Barbaresco. Cascina Roccalini wines are unmissable gems.

The Barbaresco docg of Cascina Roccalini comes from the prestigious cru “Weather in Roccalini”, located in the locality of the same name around Barbaresco where Paolo also has his cellar. After the manual harvest follows a fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a maturation of 18 months in oak barrels. No clarification or filtration. Incredible quality / price ratio for Paolo Veglio's flagship wine. In the glass it is bright ruby ​​red; on the nose there are elegant notes of red fruit, spices with present reminiscences of minerality.
